GenDatabase does not make use of automated payment renewals. Members are free to renew their subscriptions as and when needed.

GenDatabase does not host or make available any official documents. Where possible and available, we may provide links to documents on other online sources or provide more information on where and how to obtain official documents.

Important Note:

Please note that in some instances there may be a short delay in activating subscriptions. Please rest assured that we will be informed of your payment will activate subscriptions manually where needed.

Paypal Payments:

Please note that GenDatabase once again supports payments through our payment processor, Paypal. If you wish to pay by Paypal, simply select the Dollar package options below. If you wish to make a foreign payment, but not using Paypal, please select the normal ZAR packages from where you will be able to select your own currency through our payment processor, Payfast.
